Also known as: King Of Rohan, Marshal Of The Riddermark, Eomer Eadig
Nephew of King Theoden, son of Eomund and Theodwyn (Theoden's sister), and brother of Eowyn. Eomer was the Third Marshal of the Riddermark and a fierce, loyal warrior. He was banished by Grima Wormtongue's counsel but defied the order, slaughtering the Uruk-hai party that had captured Merry and Pippin. He was reconciled with Theoden after Gandalf healed the king. He fought at Helm's Deep and Pelennor Fields, where he believed Eowyn dead and led a final desperate charge in fury. After Theoden's death, he became King of Rohan and a close ally of King Elessar. He married Lothiriel of Dol Amroth and ruled Rohan for sixty-five years.
