Also known as: Idril Of The Silver Feet
Daughter of Turgon, King of Gondolin, and mother of Earendil. She was wise and foresighted. She married the mortal man Tuor (one of only three Elf-mortal unions) and prepared a secret way of escape from Gondolin that saved many when the city fell. She and Tuor later sailed into the West, and legend says they were granted a unique exception among mortals.
