Also known as: The Garden Of Gondor
The fair eastern province of Gondor between the Anduin and the Mountains of Shadow, called the garden of Gondor for its woods, streams, and herbs. Long abandoned under the threat of Mordor, it was patrolled in secret by Faramir's Rangers of Ithilien from refuges like Henneth Annûn, where Frodo and Sam were brought. After the war, King Elessar made Faramir its Prince, and Legolas brought Elves of Mirkwood south to make its gardens bloom again.
