Also known as: The Tindrock
Tol Brandir, the Tindrock, was a tall sheer-sided island of rock that rose in the river above the falls of Rauros, between the seats of Amon Hen and Amon Lhaw at the southern end of the lake Nen Hithoel. No foot of Man or beast had ever stood upon it, for its cliffs could not be climbed; it marked the end of the Fellowship's journey by water, the place where the Company at last broke and went their separate ways.
