Also known as: King Of Rohan
Ninth King of Rohan, a man of immense physical strength. During the Long Winter, he was besieged at the Hornburg (later called Helm's Deep in his honor) by Dunlendings. Helm would go out alone in the snow and slay enemies with his bare hands, and the sound of his horn struck terror into his foes. He was found dead standing upright in the snow, frozen but unbowed. His ghost was said to still walk in times of trouble.
