Chief of the Wild Men of the Druadan Forest, a remnant of an ancient race of Men. When the Rohirrim rode to the relief of Minas Tirith, they found the road blocked by Sauron's forces. Ghan-buri-Ghan guided them through hidden paths in the Druadan Forest, bypassing the enemy. In return, King Theoden promised that the Wild Men would be left in peace. After the war, King Elessar declared the Druadan Forest belonging to the Woses forever, forbidding any to enter without their leave.
