A young Ent (relatively speaking) who was hasty by Ent standards, sometimes deciding on a matter after only a few hours. He cared for rowan trees and was enraged when Saruman's Orcs cut down the rowans on the borders of Isengard. He was the first Ent to decide to march against Saruman, even before the Entmoot concluded. He hosted Merry and Pippin during the deliberations.
